Can you replace the P100 ear cushions and battery?

Yes, both the P100 ear cushions and battery inside is replaceable.

How long does it take to charge the P100?

It takes up to 160 mins to charge the P100 from 0% to 100%. The P100 is also able to be fast charged, 5 mins of charging will give up to 4 hours of play with Noise Cancelling disabled, and up to 2 hours of playback with Noise Cancelling enabled.

How do the P100 EQ settings work?

Our engineers have tuned the P100 to sound great for the best audio sources. Not all sources are equal and neither are our preferences for sound, so we have included a 7-band equalizer in the app, which allows for custom sound.

Can the P100 be connected to multiple devices at the same time?

The P100 can be paired with two different devices at the same time. The headphones can pair with and remember up to 8 devices in total.

Does the P100 have ANC (Active Noise Cancellation)?

Yes. ANC can be enabled or disabled via the Melomania Connect app or via the ANC button on the left ear cup . You can tap the ANC button to cycle through the different Ambient Noise Modes: Normal, Noise Cancelling and Transparency.

How do I make the volume louder?

-Confirm whether "Media Volume Sync" is enabled and activated on your Android phone. Check if the hearing protection is turned off on your iOS device.

-Connect the earbuds to the soundcore app, and choose the Volume Booster EQ.

How do I turn on and connect the earbuds for the first time？

- Peel off the protective film on the earbuds, place the earbuds in the charging case, close, and then reopen the lid.

- Search for the earbuds's Bluetooth name "soundcore V30i" on your phone.

How do I use the V30i earbuds touch controls?

By default, double-tapping the right earbud pauses/plays the audio. Double-tapping the left earbud skips to the next track. For other touch control definitions, please download the soundcore app to view and customize the touch controls.

What should I do if the earbuds won't turn on?

Clean the earbuds and the charging pins inside the charging case. Place the earbuds in the charging case, close the lid, and charge for ten minutes
